Introducing Maplewood Chiropractor Dr. Bruce Peterson

"Simply put, I was a skeptic. I had been dealing with severe low back pain for months when a friend brought me to see a Chiropractor. That visit was the start of a big change in my life. Because of my great results I decided to become a Chiropractor."

The Chiropractor To See In Maplewood

Dr. Peterson began his pre-chiropractic education at the Uof M. He studied the basic sciences such as inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, along with basic physiology and anatomy courses. After completing his studies at the U of M, Dr. Peterson was accepted to Logan Chiropractic School in St. Louis, MO. During his four years at Logan his courses included; gross anatomy, cell biology, spinal anatomy, embryology, physiology, microbiology, pathology, orthopedics, biomechanics, physical therapy and chiropractic technique.

Dr. Peterson loves helping people to lead healthier lives through chiropractic care. In fact, it is his purpose to educate and adjust as many families and people as possible towards optimal health with natural chiropractic care.

Dr. Peterson is married to his wife, Norma and has 5 wonderful children (who have been adjusted regularly starting on the day they were born). We all enjoy being active. All my kids enjoy soccer both on the field and in the front yard. My wife loves to walk and ski and I love to sail, ride bike, ice fish, snow mobile and occasionally get whipped in the front yard playing soccer with the kids.

Dr. Peterson and his family are adjusted once a week. Dr. Peterson feels it is important to their overall health. Along with exercise and eating good wholesome foods. Their oldest son Tyler has struggled with asthma for most of his life and regular chiropractic adjustments are a big part of his treatment plan in helping to control his asthmatic fits.

Enough about me! How can we help you with today's safe and natural chiropractic care? Give us a call so we can help you take your first step towards better health.

Dr. Peterson Asks some important questions of interest to Maplewood residents - Chiropractor Maplewood Dr. Peterson Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
